7 Day Challenge

This is only a 7 day challenge... You can do it. To begin Monday, May 18, 2015 ---Please no eating after 8pm. --- Absolutely no sweets, soda, bread, pasta, alcohol, and red meat. ---Please exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Please let me know if you have any questions.
