This is only a 7 day challenge… You can do it. To begin Monday, May 18, 2015

—Please no eating after 8pm.

— Absolutely no sweets, soda, bread, pasta, alcohol, and red meat.

—Please exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

  1. Me and my husband is thinking of doing this challenge we was wondering if non dairy creamer was ok we both like our coffee in the morning i cant seem to do black coffee.also i see that splenda is ok too

  3. Are red, orange, and yellow vegetables ok? I started this yesterday (10/21) and I did have tomatoes in my salad. Good to know I can have eggs.

  4. Hi, im trying to lose, my body fat. On my stomach. Will this challenge be good for me. Or what more would I have to do. This would be the first time trying anything. Please tell me what. You think. Thank you
